Shannon Irish is a Vice President at MFD Advisory, where she leverages ~12 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, and client relations to support the firm’s consulting and advisory practice.

Prior to joining MFD Advisory, Shannon was a Principal and Product Specialist at KKR, where she led capital raising efforts across multiple asset classes including growth equity, infrastructure and real estate. Before KKR, Shannon was an investment banker in Bank of America’s Real Estate Gaming & Lodging Group, where she advised large companies on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity market financings, totaling over $25B in transaction value.

Shannon holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a BA (cum laude) from Binghamton University.
